Fresh green bean soup. I have many memories eating this soup at either of my grandparents homes. Everything grown in Grandma's garden and picked by her hands. Family, gathered around the table. Did you really make soup in the summer?!
Absolutely! Have to have a few pots through out the summer to enjoy all the fresh garden vegetables. :) Although Sommer borscht is one of my favorites. Is soup a winter thing in your house?
