In my bag, which also doubles as a diaper bag, I had: Reid's sun hat, his shorts, 2 diapers, lip balm, my cheque book, a pen, my cell phone, a fruit snack wrapper, my wallet, $16.48 in change (maybe time to get a wallet with change purse?!) and my show and save coupon book.
I don't like to carry a bag, to be honest. I try to get away with just carrying my wallet, but then I also have to juggle my cell phone and Reid's things and I think "why am I not carrying my purse instead of trying to find a pocket to stick all this stuff in?" So I go back to the purse.
